John Griffiths

John joined the Touche Ross (now Deloitte LLP) in 1990 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1993. 

John joined UHY HY in July 2009 to manages the audit team, he became a partner in 2010.

John has more than 20 years experience of managing audit assignments of varying sizes in a number of sectors, including charities and educational establishments having worked on the internal and external audits of 9 Further Education colleges and 2 Higher Education colleges. 

As well as managing all aspects of the delivery of audit services, John has extensive experience in giving accounting advice under UK GAAP and has advised a number of entities on applying and implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
