Company Background

Peacheys was established in Abergavenny (where we still have offices) in 1929, under the name of White Williams and Co. It has gone through various name changes, White Williams & Peachey (after Roger Peachey joined the practice in 1973), to Roger Peachey and Partners until the most recent change to Peacheys in March 1998.

The practice has strived to make the Peachey branding one that is associated with leading edge ideas with a high quality service experience, provided by a friendly, widely experienced team, with academic, accountancy and business qualifications in a spectrum of disciplines. A team in which our clients have the confidence to know that we have the best interests of their businesses at heart.

Our client pledge ensures that clients get our full attention and we are able to answer their questions quickly and comprehensively. With the whole team signed up to our client care policy, we regularly ask clients for feedback on our service, how we can improve, even how we can make their interaction with us a more enjoyable and memorable experience.

Our reception team, really our front line client experience managers, aim to make our clients lives a little easier. With everything including a choice of beverages (from the standard tea and coffee to fruit infusion tea, and diet and regular colas), an umbrella if it's raining, even answering your mobile phone, ringing ahead for you if you are running late for your next meeting, or getting a journey plan for you from AA Roadwatch.
