Revealing Your Hidden Assets!

Could you create new opportunities by lateral thinking, perhaps using the things that your business takes for granted?

Recycle and re-launch an old product with just a little variation - are there ways in which you can turn old stock into cash?

Spare capacity – meeting rooms, equipment, car parking – if you are not using them 24-7 can you “rent” them out?

Does your business have a unique system or process that you can sell and provide support?

Sharing knowledge – take up speaking engagements, write articles or a networking mailer to highlight information to assist other businesses…

“No” doesn’t necessarily mean “no go” – can you introduce a lead to another supplier on a reciprocal agreement?

Lost customers – stay in touch – let them know that they can come to you for help or advice in the future.

Evaluate the skills of your whole team – are you listening to their ideas? Are you aware of all of the areas of specialist knowledge that your team have that can assist in moving your business forward?

Aftercare – people are more inclined to purchase if you offer excellent after sales service, extraordinary guarantees, or a help line.

Brainstorm - reassess the situation – are there ways in which you could be using your product or service that no one has thought of before…and don’t always dismiss the outrageous.
